RESTORING THE PRAYER MINISTRY OF THE CHURCH.
Acts 1:14;
_"These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren."_
Key Message: The skeletal functions of the Church can only be properly furnished by restoring the prayer ministry to the Church.
The Church can be existing as long as we want but she can only be alive and on fire by the prayer of the saints. The evidence of God's presence in the temple was what made Solomon's building unique. Immediately he backslided and forsook God, the temple remained a mere structure because of the absence of God's presence.
The first Church was giving birth to at the Pentecost by prayer. She was preserved by prayer and exploded by prayer. If we remove the prayer ministry from the Church, she will become an ordinary structure like Solomon's building.
Solomon took his time to construct the temple of God in Jerusalem. He carefully selected golden and expensive tools to furnish it. God complimented his efforts and gave him His presence.
The last day Church must learn from this and prepare the best place for God in our hearts. Our body must also be modified through the sanctification of the Spirit to offer acceptable sacrifice to the Lord.
Every believer has been called primarily into the prayer ministry of the Church. 2 Corinthians 5:18; says,
"And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;"
We have a divine assignment of partnering with God to reconcile the world back to Him and this can only be possible by acquainting ourselves in fellowshipping with Him .
The soul winning ministry of the Church will only thrive on prayer. The strength of the last day Church lies on her ability to travail in prayer. The platform of prayer is heaven's arrangement to restored us back to Eden where immortality interacted with mortality to birth the supernatural.
If the first Church could not survive without prayer and the first Apostles summited to it to sustain the Church there is no other way we can survive without it. The civilization of this world can not change the ordinances of heaven because the heavens rule the earth.
It's my prayer this morning that the Lord himself will restore his church back to where she belongs in this generation.
ASSIGNMENT
_Pray for fresh baptism of fire and revival to the body of Christ in this nation and all over the world._
PRAYER
_Father, help me to not fail you in my prayer ministry in this last day._
